Equipment Is Not a Magic Wand

Equipment can be incredibly helpful. It can also become a very expensive object lesson in wishful thinking.

A walker, stander, positioning system, adaptive chair, or other device only helps if it is available, fitted, used correctly, maintained, stored, transported, and understood by the people supporting the student.

The equipment is not the plan. The plan is how the equipment becomes usable in the school day.
