Transitions Are Not Empty Space

The school day does not only happen in classrooms.

Hallways, buses, bathrooms, playgrounds, cafeterias, arrivals, dismissals, assemblies, and class changes are part of the educational environment. If the access problem shows up there, it still counts.

Transitions are not the empty space between the important parts. For many students, transitions are where the real need finally tells the truth.
