IEP Goal Review Checklist

This checklist helps caregivers and newer practitioners review whether an IEP goal is understandable, measurable, and connected to a real student need.

It is not a legal sufficiency test. It is a practical tool for asking whether the goal gives the team enough clarity to work toward meaningful progress.
